Gives us the ability to provide a detailed scale mix report.

Monitors and addresses concerns to help improve quality, cycle times and profitability in the paint department.

Determines if the shop is mixing the correct amount for the job or if the shop is mixing in non-standard sizes or experiencing pouring errors.

If we see these types of things, we will want to pull the repair orders so we can compare the job size to the ounces mixed.  (Use the ounces per panel recommendation as a reference.)

•   Multiple mixes under the same repair order
•   Not mixing in standard sizes (ounces)
•   Larger mixes compared to the average mix size
•   The date the product was mixes (weekend pour).

Nonstandard mixes are not being performed on the majority of the repairs.
